AnnMarie R. Hodgson was born in 1965 in Lyon France.

      As a child she always had a great interest for wildlife, bringing home injured and orphaned wildlife and sketching the wild creatures.

      Today, AnnMarie and her husband Wade live in North Western Ontario, near Kakabeka Falls, on a thirty six acres wilderness property. She still rescues injured and orphaned wildlife. Her artwork reflects the impact that the animals played in her childhood, as well as her admiration for the Native American culture.
